One other thing is individual American states have their own laws that will affect house owners, which makes it very, very hard for the our lawmakers to come up with a fresh set of recommendations concerning foreclosed on property owners. The problem is that a state has own regulations which may interact in an unwanted manner in terms of foreclosure procedures.
