I have discovered that smart real estate agents almost everywhere are getting set to FSBO ***********. They are acknowledging that it's more than merely placing a poster in the front yard. It's really concerning building interactions with these dealers who at some time will become customers. So, if you give your time and energy to serving these dealers go it alone : the "Law regarding Reciprocity" kicks in. Good blog post.
