One thing I've noticed is the fact that there are plenty of myths regarding the banking institutions intentions whenever talking about property foreclosures. One fable in particular is that often the bank prefers to have your house. Your banker wants your money, not the home. They want the cash they loaned you together with interest. Avoiding the bank will draw a new foreclosed realization. Thanks for your posting.
