This trip is recommended only for those in a good physical shape as the trail is steep but accessible to all, and the hike will show you one of the most attractive waterfalls in the region of the Chapada Diamantina.
he trail runs up and down along the river, through luscious forest until arriving at the waterfall, the Ribeirão do Meio, the area which is known for having a natural tobogganing slope, a stone slide with water is appreciated by all. The waters of the Ribeirão do Meio are perfect to have a reinvigorating swim, and recharge your batteries ready for the walk back to Lençóis.
